  Took my 2003 E500 to Star for a non-starting issue. Turned out to be the fuel pump and Joe informed me that Mercedes had a recall on the entire fuel tank assembly (including the fuel pump) on these cars. He had his guys install a working pump so it could be driven to the Dealer, which is the only way they'll take care of the repair under the recall. Joe called me a few days later and said the new fuel tank was in and that my car also had a disintegrating drive pulley which needed replacing - most shops probably wouldn't have noticed that issue. You've got to love preventative maintenance and catching things before they break and leave you stranded. Vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up the same day, sitting right up front and had just received a fresh wash and looked beautiful. Many thanks to Joe and Star Garage for awesome service on my Merc. I'll be back.

  I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE DEALER AGAIN!! These guys are amazing. Half price, twice as good as the dealer. They made a life long customer out of me. Talk to Joe when you call. Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
