  I do my taxes with H &R Block every year. This time i was helped by Marta Kamer and it was the worst experience ever! She is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Its a shame for the company... i really dont understand how this great company can have ppl like her working for them discrediting the company and making them lose loyal customers... i dont usually write reviews but this was unacceptable... and i realized that is more than one person talking about the bad service that this lady is giving... i truly hope the company does something about it so they can give a better service and im pretty sure they'll stop losing customers. Cause after today i am never doing my taxes with H&R Block again.
