  Absolute Terrible experience..tried them out for some braids considering the fact that I wanted to do something different with my hair I had at set appointment and ended up waiting nearly an hour after my time just to be rushed & had two fat braids in my head and they called it a hairstyle.wasnt even like they had a specific stylist they just made whom ever was available that day do it terrible customer service waste of money and time I’m even surprised there still In business...lesson learned never again
