  I visited the margate location about 2 months ago for a routine visit. While I did get the medication I needed I was very disappointed and will never come back.
  
  I had found a doctor through my insurance company (he had decent reviews) and I figured why not give it a shot, big mistake.
  
  I was a first time patient and arrived for my appointment on time.
  
  1. I had to wait an hour and half before I saw someone in the waiting room. After finally going in thy drew my blood and had to wait 20 min in the room to see someone. To my surprise I had seen a nurse practitioner not a doctor. why did I bother to see a doctor, could have gone to a clinic instead?
  
  2. They said come back in 2 weeks to go over results and I agreed, why not give them another chance?
  
  3. The last straw however was when I got a phone call the next day from someone the Center, I’m sorry to tell you but we lost your blood and it got contaminated ( this was the last straw). Can you come back in the morning for another blood draw at 7am? I called back the next day and told them to cancel all future appointments.
  
  4. Than I get a phone call (from a call center) about a minute later sorry we didn’t lose your blood work we have results here. I said ok send them to me I still want to cancel future appointments.
  
  5. Than when I call (got call center) a few weeks later asking for results which i never got, they said ok sorry about that here are the results.
  
  6. Next day i called to ask where are the rest of my blood work and finally got the margate office they said didn’t we tell you have to come in for another blood draw?
  
  So if you want to wait an hour and half to see a nurse practitioner, have your blood work lost and get aggravated than come here. Otherwise find a different place.
