  I am very dissatisfied with the service that we received from this restaurant. Every weekend prior to this experience we order 50 wings medium hot. We placed our take-out order, and was told that it would be ready within 30 minutes. Suddenly, we received a call from the restaurant asking if we ordered 100 wings instead of 50 wings. We reiterated our order and confirmed that we were in route to pick it up. Once we arrived, to our surprise the order was cancelled. It was cancelled due to their lack of attention to the order details. They said that the waitress cancelled our order due to her inability to determine the difference between our order and the cancelled order. I explained that we were contacted by the waitress to reconfirm that our order was valid. They said that the order was not on file. Needless to say, I was disappointed to find out that we commuted from a far distance, and completely defeated our purpose. The waiter directed me to the female manager, and as he attempts to address our complaint, she rudely shunned him ,walked passed us, and refused to address the complaint. The waiter then appointed us to the owner MIKE , who was just as rude as the manager. He rudely asked me “What do you want”? I replied that I would like my order to be corrected. In a vague attempt to rectify the situation, he became defensive and lacked empathy regarding the situation. Mike was very inattentive and walked away in the midst of the conversation. After years of supporting and patronizing this restaurant, Needless to say, We will no longer support this establishment!

  Good wings! Hit or miss if they overcook the fries and onion rings, but when there done right they are good too. They charge you however for every little thing and it adds up. Plus they won't let you order kids meals to go. I guess they don't trust it's for kids, which is ridiculous.
